WHAT CAN BE EXPUNGED?

Arrests and convictions have all been effected by Indiana's New 2013 Indiana Expungement Law.

Arrests without a conviction can be sealed after one (1) year from the date of arrest.

Most misdemeanor or D felony successfully reduced to a misdemeanor can be expunged five (5) years after the date of the conviction.  

Most D felony convictions can be expunged after eight (8) years from the date of conviction.  Violent offenders and sexual offenders are excluded from this new law.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
